UV-Vis Spectroscopy in Analysis

Description

UV-Vis spectroscopy is a common analysis method used to study how samples absorb ultraviolet and visible light. It works by sending UV-Vis light through a sample and measuring how much light passes through. From that transmittance, or light that gets through, the absorbance can be calculated as A = -log(T).

紫外-可见光谱法(UV-Vis)是实验室中最常用的分析技术之一。

在紫外-可见光谱法中,将特定波长的紫外光或可见光照射通过样品。如果样品吸收部分光线,则并非所有光都能通过或被透射。透射率是指透射光强度与入射光强度的比值,其与吸光度相关。吸光度可定量地用于测定样品的浓度,也可定性地通过将测量得到的一定波长范围内的吸光度(即吸光度光谱)与已发表的数据进行比对,从而鉴定化合物。本视频将介绍紫外-可见光谱法,并演示其在实验室中用于测定样品浓度和反应动力学的应用。
