标准溶液是指含有准确已知物质量的溶液。它由一种基准物质配制而成——该物质纯度高、摩尔质量大、具有亲水性且性质稳定。

该制备过程包括在称量舟中准确称取适量的基准物质,并通过漏斗将其转移至容量瓶中。随后重新称量空的称量舟,以检查是否有残留的固体物质。

加入少量蒸馏水,冲洗漏斗中的固体,使其进入烧瓶中。轻轻旋摇容量瓶,使固体完全溶解。继续加入更多水,直至液面接近刻度线。此时,用移液管逐滴加入水,使溶液液面恰好达到刻度线。

将烧瓶盖紧后倒置并反复翻转数次,以确保充分混匀。用标签注明烧瓶内溶液的化学组成、浓度及配制日期。

该一级标准溶液用于标定二级标准物质——即纯度较低且稳定性较差的物质。
