PI Control: Zero Placement and Stability

Description

PI control uses proportional and integral action to improve stability and reduce steady-state error in control systems. It is used in everyday devices such as thermostats, where better damping can improve performance. A well-placed zero in the controller transfer function can make the system more accurate and stable.

恒温器等日常设备使用PI控制器。当控制器传递函数的零点处于最佳位置时,可以增强系统的阻尼并减小稳态误差。

作为低通滤波器,PI 控制器会减缓响应并延长稳定时间。有效设计应将零点置于靠近起始位置,远离主要极点,并采用尽可能小的比例增益和积分增益。

传递函数在伯德图中表示。比例增益不足可能导致稳态误差,而衰减和稳定性则涉及比例和微分分量。

控制器的负相位可能影响系统的稳定性。为防止相位滞后降低系统的相位裕度,转折频率应尽可能向左设置,但需满足带宽要求的限制。

补偿后的传递函数应在期望的相位裕量下,于新的增益穿越频率处与零分贝轴相交。积分与比例增益之比应对应一个显著更低的频率。
